Yesterday I was blown away by my experience with Lairds Funeral Home in Nacogdoches. My daughter is interested in a career in Funeral Services and Mortuary Science. Yesterday we met and spoke with Jason for several hours. We talked about the schools, course load, national testing, procedures, what working in the field is really like, and the toll emotionally and on your family. He shared many of the less-than-glamorous things that she would need to know before committing to the career. I was impressed with how respectfully he talked about the families and the deceased even in the context of the more gritty side of the career. I left feeling proud that they were the ones who handled arrangements for several family members, including my father. Jason and Lairds have my respect!

We just want to say thank you again for all that you did for us during this difficult process. Angie and the staff were always extremely polite, professional, and so very helpful in all aspects, thank you again.
