Steven Chester Powell

A Celebration of Life for Steven Powell, 63, of Nacogdoches will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at his residence.  Mr. Powell was born on October 18, 1961 in Orange County, California, the son of Doyle Powell and Jeannine Cunningham Powell.  He passed away on Friday, January 10, 2025 in Nacogdoches.

Mr. Powell is survived by his wife, Carol Powell of Nacogdoches; son, Rusty Powell; daughters, Tiffany Powell (Zade) and Shelby Buckley (Tyler); stepson, Matthew (Jon & Jake); grandchildren, Logan Powell, Bristol Taylor, Matthew Penneston and Cooper Buckley; brother, Eugene Powell and sisters, Sherryl Powell (Jerry), Myrtle Jones, Denise Jones and Billie Jones.  He is also survived by his nieces, Alyssa Riggs and Sharon Hardin; and nephew, Brian Powell.
