Mr. Roldan passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2025.  He was born on October 4, 1989, in Inglewood, California.

Omar Christopher Roldan was born in Inglewood, California to parents, Ninfa Roldan and Antonio Roldan.  Even as a child, and then into his adult life, he was always full of energy.  He loved playing soccer in high school and made it every Sunday to his Rojo family volleyball games.  He was a good sport but also loved to win!  Omar was also a big fan of going to the casino with his siblings and his mom.

After he graduated high school, he proudly served his country for 7 years as a  United States Marine.  Being a marine was the most honorable thing he could have done.  He gained his “brothers” there and they were all lifetime friends. Many memories were made with the guys and they will not soon forget all the times they had standing shoulder to shoulder as soldiers, friends and brothers.   He was very loyal to his country and felt more honor in his uniform than anwhere else.

Beyond serving his country, his family was the most important thing in his life.  He was a son first and he loved and respected his mama.  The love a son has for his mother is just different and his mama was well aware of what she meant to him.  He and his siblings were also very close.  The bond they shared was tight and their love was obvious.  He was also a husband and father.  Having a family of his own brought him great joy.  He loved his children and wanted nothing but the best for them.  He was joyful and cared deeply for others.  He never wanted anyone to feel left out and went above and beyond to make sure everyone around him felt safe, included, loved and happy.

Omar is survived by his mother, Ninfa Roldan; wife, Myrna Roldan; children, Kobe Roldan, Lavender Roldan, Mia Roldan and Omar Roldan, Jr.; brothers, Manny Roldan,  Ernesto Roldan and wife Maricruz, and Antonio Roldan Jr.; sisters, Amadita Roldan and Flor Lorena Roldan & husband Joe Garcia.  He is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews that he greatly cherished and who held a very special place in his heart.

He is preceded in death by his father, Antonio Roldan.

Serving as pallbearers will be Ernesto Roldan, Alexander De La Torre, Giovani Adame, Miguel Herrera, Anthony Bamford and Juan Santoyo.
