Naomi Mae Springfield

Graveside services for Naomi, 98, of Nacogdoches, will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Sunset Memorial Park with Curtis Barbarick officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Laird Funeral Home. 

Naomi Mae Leming Springfield, 98, of Nachogdoches, TX. died February 19, 2021 at Capital Senior Living Magnolia Court in Nacogdoches, Texas.

She was born June 5, 1922 in Champaign, Illinois. To George Haddock Leming and Clara Demlow.  

Naomi was preceded in death by her husband Jean A. Springfield, father George H. Leming, mother Carla Demlow, brothers Elroy Charles Leming (WWII)and Harold Kenneth Leming (WWII), sisters Delores, Thelma, Dorthy.

Naomi was a member of North Street Church of Christ and a resident of Nacogdoches since 2006. 

Survivors include son: Jean Springfield Jr. and family of Van Vleck, Tx,,  Robert / Nancy Springfield and family of New Waverly, Tx.  Ron and Mary Springfield of Nacogdoches, Tx.,

Naomi changed addresses 29 times in her 98 years and has gone to her final address with the angels.
