Morgan Brooke Hudson was a ray of sunshine wherever she went. She spread love and cheer and her smile could light up a room, and it did…. every single time. Every person who knew her, agreed that she was a special kind of light. Her life was filled with so many good times with her closest people. Her mom and sisters meant the world to her and she doted on her beautiful nieces and nephews. Morgan gave the best hugs and never missed an opportunity to say, “I love you”. She lived every day in her own way, making a path that only she knew and never apologizing for it. She was stunningly beautiful and although that was the first thing people would notice, they soon learned how beautiful her soul was. She loved to see everyone happy and just being in her presence typically made that happen. She never met a stranger and even if she had not seen you in years, she would give you one of her delightful hugs and welcome you into her life again. Morgan was spontaneous, charming and fit in everywhere she went. She was protective of those closest to her and if you were in her “circle”, she would defend you to the end. She was generous and compassionate, adventurous and full of life. She connected to people on a different level but brought everyone together in some crazy sort of happiness that only Morgan could accomplish. As one of her closest friends said, “she was a song in a quiet room, an immovable being…and lives are changed forever because of her existence and friendship”.
Although Morgan had a small circle, she had an immeasurable number of friends. People loved her for being herself and for including everyone in her life. She will forever remain the “happy” that they will all hold close to their heart and soul. She can now rest peacefully in the sun and beaches that we on earth can only dream about and sit amongst the astonishingly bright stars that shine to bring us light, just as Morgan did.
Morgan is survived by her mother, Cynthia Harris of Marshall; siblings, Caitlin Cantrell & husband, Corey of McAlester, Oklahoma, Paige Hudson of Pampa, Texas, Bethany Walker & husband Cliffton of Longview, Caleb Richardson of Searcy, Arkansas and Gunnar Hudson and Gavin Hudson of Timpson; nieces and nephews, Avery Cantrell, Amelia Cantrell, Raelynn Nutter, Stihl Cantrell, Oliver Hudson and Jacob Burch.
