Lisa Gay Hall was born on November 25, 1959, in Nacogdoches, Texas, to William and Patsy Doss. She passed away on July 24, 2022, in Nacogdoches, Texas. She was raised in East Texas and graduated from Central Heights High School. Lisa was a devout partner to Bob, loving mother, Nana, sister, and Aunt, and an endearing friend.
Lisa had a passion for gardening and was quite amazing at doing so. She always had the prettiest yard in the neighborhood. Above all else, she loved spending time with her family, especially during the holidays (Christmas truly was the most wonderful time of the year in Lisa’s eyes!) Nothing made her happier or brought her more true joy than finding the perfect gift for her family and seeing the happiness it brough to her daughter and grandchildren. It was her way of reminding each one how loved they were by her.
Lisa is survived by her partner, Bob Cunningham; daughter, Whitney Lindsey and husband, Justin; sisters, Donna Parker, Kathy Tindall and husband, Hannon, and Jackie Bass and husband, Randy; grandchildren, Gracie Lindsey, Karagen Lindsey, and Kodi Beth Lindsey; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Lisa is preceded in death by her parents, William and Patsy Doss; and her son, Cody Stewart.
Serving as pallbearers will be Justin Tindall, Clay Russell. Shane Lopez, Gonzalo Castaneda, Gene Stewart, and Jason Heflin. Honorary pallbearers include Hannon Tindall, Randy Bass, Michael Hetlick, Brody Tindall, and Frankie Pheland.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Timber Creek Church.
