LeaAnn Phillips Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, LeaAnn L. Phillips, who passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on May 28, 2025, at the age of 58. Born in Houston, Texas on May 26, 1967, LeaAnn later became a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, she brought warmth and strength into the lives she touched. LeaAnn shared a passion for singing, puzzles, and table games where she could play with her family and friends. You could often find her playing Sudoku in her recliner, playing Dominoes or 42 with her husband and the others she loved, or playing card games.

LeaAnn will be remembered for her love, her light-hearted spirit, and the countless memories she created with her family and friends. Her legacy of kindness and resilience will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Stephen (Steve) Phillips of Nacogdoches, Texas. Her mother and stepfather, Barbara Sue Smith Reynolds and Jimmy Reynolds of Center, Texas. Children: her son Jimmy Marble and his wife Staci of Nacogdoches, Texas. Her daughters, Brandi Marble of Euless, Texas; Daisy Heaberlin of Odessa, Texas. Grandchildren: Jeremy (Lil’ Man) Marble, Tye (Tyeman) Marble, Callie (JoJo) Marble, and Tynsley (T-Buggy) Marble who will carry her love forever in their hearts. Her fur babies cannot be forgotten, Pinkie, Bo Diddy, Kitten Kaboodle, and Bella Grace, who already miss her tremendously.

She is preceded in death by her father, Howard Lester of Houston, Texas. Her maternal grandparents, Daisy and Homer Smith of Chireno, Texas.
