Jacquelyn (Case) Frederick

Funeral Services for Jacquelyn Frederick, 72, of Nacogdoches will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at Laird Funeral Home with Dennis White officiating. 

Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00pm on Monday, April 28, 2025 at Laird Funeral Home.

Mrs. Frederick passed away on Friday, April 25, 2025 in Nacogdoches. She was born on January 2, 1953 in Lufkin, Texas.

Jacky was a switchboard operator at Lufkin Telephone, where she met many life-long friends. When she moved to Nacogdoches, she opened the next chapter of her life where she met a whole new host of friends. This is where she met her husband, James Frederick. For the next 40+ years she was a devoted wife and mother. When her son started school, she was always there to support her son and the other children. Her love of being involved with their lives led her to be a substitute teacher. This brought her so much joy to be with them. She devoted her life to help so many. If she met you, she never forgot you.

Left to treasure her memory are her husband, James Frederick. Sr.; son, Matthew Brady Frederick; stepsons, James Frederick, Jr. and Jeremy Frederick; grandchildren, Nathanel, Arriana, Trenton, and Dyson; and brother, Marker Case.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Nyla Case.
