Elizabeth Ruth McDonald Bard, 72, of Nacogdoches passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2023 in Wells, Texas. She was born on August 7, 1951 in Fort Worth, the daughter of Billy R. McDonald and Mary Brotherton McDonald.
Elizabeth was the proud wife of John Bard, Retired US Army, of Nacogdoches. She served almost 3 years in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era.
Mrs. Bard will honorably be laid to rest in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas.
