Cathryn Renee (Tallent) Beall

Cathryn Renee (Tallent) Beall, 71, of Nacogdoches passed away on August 15, 2025, in Nacogdoches. She was born on October 28, 1953, in St. David, Arizona to the late Chester and Glenda (Goodman) Tallent. A private family graveside will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday, August 27. 2025, at Alazan Cemetery.

Cathryn Renee Beall, or Nae to many, was a woman who loved life.  She enjoyed reading, gardening and loved having beautiful flowers.  She also had a profound ability in arts, specifically painting and crafts.  Although these hobbies kept her busy, she somehow found time to delve into genealogy.  However, her greatest moments in life came from her family and her dogs.  She was a daughter, sister, dedicated wife to her husband, mother and grandmother.  Her happiest moments came when she was surrounded by those she valued the most. Many memories were made with her and those will forever be cherished.

She is survived by her daughters, Tiffany Beall and Kellandra Phillips and husband Jimmy; son, James Beall and significant other, Sabrina; grandchildren, Zachary Begley, Blake Begley, Arienne Begley, William Beall, Amy Beall, Mark Phillips, Hunter Phillips, River Beall and Everett Beall; great-granddaughter, Emma Celine and brother, Chester “Chuck” Tallent.

She is preceded in death by her husband of almost 50 years, Tom Beall and her parents, Chester and Glenda Goodman Tallent.
