Brian Justice, born January 1st, 1945, in Nacogdoches, Texas, to Carl & Geraldine Justice, peacefully left this earth for home on September 8th, 2025. Many years were spent working graveyard shifts at NIBCO, while also working days raising beef cattle in Martinsville. When pine beetles began their destruction on his property, he began, with his brother, Ronald ‘Rocky’ Justice, what would culminate in 23 years of logging in the area, building a reputation of impeccable honesty in that field. This trait would serve the community well in other areas, such as assisting in the creation and management of the Martinsville Volunteer Fire Department, serving many years on the Martinsville School Board, as well as serving on the Martinsville Cemetery Board, where he will be laid to rest. He was a member of the Appleby Church of Christ in Appleby, Texas.
Brian is survived by his wife of 58 years, Annie Justice; son, Brad Justice & wife Tanya; grandchildren, Morgan, Brandon, Cyrah, Jacob, Davin, Irelynn, Kit, & Evy, one great grandchild, Rheia; sister, Beverly Bass; brother, Rocky Justice; niece, Karla Glover & husband, Troy; and nephews, Chandler Wimberly and wife, Chelsea and their children, Annabeth and Rocky Joe, Alex Justice, and Trent Wimberly. Preceded in death by his parents.
