Bobbie Jean McBride

Graveside service for Bobbie Jean McBride, 33, of Nacogdoches will be held at 11:00am on Friday, December 26, 2025 at Friendship Cemetery with Bro. Bobby Russell officiating. 

Bobbie Jean was born on April 5, 1992 in Nacogdoches and passed away on Friday, December 19, 2025 in Nacogdoches.  Her childhood was full of fun and memories made with her family.  Although her life dealt her an untimely fate, she was able to live her life surrounded with love and compassion from those closest to her who loved and cared for her.

Bobbie Jean attended school at Central Heights and loved Mrs. Peyton so much.  She was her constant and helped her to achieve her high school diploma in 2008.  She loved Chinese food, music and of course, her Dr. Pepper!  When her life took a turn and she was left to the care of the wonderful people at Lexington place, Donna Mooney was always by her side.  When she transitioned to Willowbrook Rehabilitation and Care, Ms. Mooney was there with her as well and the bond they had was unbreakable.

Although Bobbie Jean’s life was short, her 33 years brought joy to many, including the family that loved her deeply.  She will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her dearly.

Bobbie Jean is survived by her mother Jessica Wingate and father Bobby McBride; sisters Hope McBride and Samantha McBride; brother Justin McBride; grandmother Mary Bronsell and nephew Dustin McBride.  She is preceded in death by her grandparents Jim McBride, Olene Denton Yates, Earnest & Juanita Wingate and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Serving as pallbearers will be Blake Horn, Michael Downs, David McBride, Matt McBride, Logan Downs and Dustin McBride.
